The building has gone through many upgrades over the time we’ve been here, and now has a new lobby, new cafeteria and a fitness room.

    The building is located at the intersection of 495 and RT2, which makes it an ideal commute from neighboring towns and even from Boston or New Hampshire. I am from Worcester and drive up 190 in the morning. Door to door in 1/2 an hour.

    There is a light rail “T” stop within walking distance of the building, which makes commuting here from Boston by train possible. We have had clients take the train from Boston and we pick them up at the station.

    The owner keeps up with maintenance and a few years ago replaced the cooling tower for the AC units and several smaller units in our space. It’s a comfortable, low stress environment, down a long driveway and away the road, with ample free parking.
